Telemetry Board : Video OSD + GPRS

This module for MP32 enable to trasmit telemetry data by: GPRS (serial Port). Jeti Telemetry module (Serial port) Aurora Telemetry Module. (i2C interface) OSD on the video tx is possible to write telemetry data. Interface MP32 by Mavlink protocol.
