VR Hold the Line

Work in progress on new revision of Navi 2012 . That's module is compatible with MP32FXV3+IMU . Add some new components : Dataflash for data logging , new barometer but support also the old one , and a embedded GPRS module. The other feature yet available in old one board is GPS MTK16 , magnetometer and IO interface.
